How to book, confirmation process, voucher queries, & more

What happens after I book?

Once your payment is approved, you will receive a personalised ClubConnect/Gratifii (or partner branded) print-at-home voucher for each tour, attraction, activity or service booked. This voucher will also be emailed to you as a confirmation of your booking. Please contact us if you have any difficulties in opening your email attachment.

Should I reconfirm my tour?

For all tour products that require a booking date, it is essential that you reconfirm 48 hours prior to booking date directly with the tour operator (product supplier). Their details will be on your voucher under Tour Operator (Supplier) Details.

If I need additional tour information, where can I find it?

The tour operator's contact details are located in the middle of the tour voucher (or under Supplier Details). Please contact the tour operator directly, or feel free to contact one of our representatives at customersupport@gratifii.com if you still require assistance.

Where do I present the voucher?

You must provide the original, authentic ClubConnect/Gratifii or partner voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to redeem your movie, tour, activity or attraction ticket. Your reservation cannot be honoured or redeemed without presenting a valid ClubConnect/Gratifii voucher.

Please note that some operators accept mobile vouchers, if this is true, you will see a 'Mobile Voucher Accepted' icon on the product page. For security purposes, when redeeming your ClubConnect/Gratifii voucher, you must present a valid Photo ID and the ClubConnect/Gratifii voucher. This is for identification purposes and helps us to prevent fraud.

How long will it take to receive my tickets?

Delivery of ticket timelines may vary. Most eVouchers should be delivered via email within 10 minutes unless it’s sent through for manual review.

Manual review can take up to 4 business hours. If you have an upcoming booking and you've not yet received your ticket, please contact: customersupport@gratifii.com

How will I receive the tickets that I have purchased online?

Via email to the email address provided at the time of booking.

I did not receive my eVoucher, what can I do?

Please check the email address used for the booking and check your Spam/Junk folder.

How many vouchers can I purchase?

Please refer to the product listing on the website for specific terms or email customersupport@gratifii.com if you still have queries.

How to find and download your eVouchers

Please click the download button in your email confirmation.

How can I pay for the vouchers or giftcards I purchase online?

Using your debit or credit card at the time of purchase.

Will I receive a receipt after placing my order?

You will receive an order confirmation with the amount paid.

What if something I order is not available?

From time to time, certain products may be temporarily unavailable, or there may be an issue with the supplier or booking system which causes a booking to fail. Please try again.

How long is the voucher valid for?

Most vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue. There are exceptions on certain products eg. some theme park tickets and movie eVouchers.

Please refer to the ‘About your ticket’ section on the voucher, or the barcoded ticket, for specific validity periods.

How are the savings calculated?

Member savings are calculated based on your discounted rate versus the recommended retail rate for a particular product. Refer to the club or organisation your membership is with.

What age or other restrictions are placed on Child, Concession, Student and Senior tickets?
